A Toilet Paper Technique

Yes, you read that correctly. The accent paper on this card was made using toilet paper! My friend, Carolyn, taught this technique when our stamping group got together earlier this month. You start with a piece of neutral card stock (I used Very Vanilla). Then you use toilet paper to blot several colors of acrylic paint onto the card stock. It leaves a kind of rough, mottled color. It’s a little messy but lots of fun.

Card Stock: Old Olive, Rich Razzleberry, Whisper White
Ink: Rich Razzleberry
Accessories: Old Olive 1/4” Grosgrain Ribbon
Other: Acrylic Paints, Toilet Paper
