It's been really exciting to see all the great specials that Stampin' Up! is offering lately but isn't the whole point of this to have product to create with? So that's what I did today.
I received my copy of the new Occasions mini catalog this past week. Wow! I'm just loving all the spring color combos. One of the new Designer Series Papers includes these colors: Not Quite Navy, Baja Breeze, Rose Red, Pear Pizzazz, Crumb Cake, River Rock, Very Vanilla, and Always Artichoke.
Don't you just love these colors together? Since I don't have the new paper to play with yet, I just pulled some of these colors out and used them to make a card inspired by one in the new mini catalog.

After my last visit to The Villages and enjoying your stamping room I came home inspired and spent time doing a little organizing - especially of my paper. I am trying to learn the color combinations that I enjoy with your cards. Unfortunately I had not saved the outer wrapping of all of my cardstock and now I am not certain of the color name of many - green does not just seem descriptive enough anymore. Is there a color wheel of cardstock available to match it up. Or just try close enough??? I want to be as organized as you!
