Woodgrain Background

My club ladies like to keep me challenged, and I love it.  A few weeks ago one of them sent me a link to a card and video for a woodgrain background.  I didn't follow the tutorial exactly but I did  use the idea to create this card.

 Supplies (all Stampin' Up!)
Stamp Sets: Lovely as a Tree, Sincere Salutations
Card Stock: Crumb Cake, More Mustard, Cajun Craze, Early Espresso, Very Vanilla
Ink: Jet Black StazOn, Soft Suede, Early Espresso, Cajun Craze
Accessories: Watercolor Wonder Crayons, Hemp Twine
Tools: Blender Pen, Scoring Board, 2-1/2" Circle Punch, Square Lattice Embossing Folder, Big Shot Die-Cutting Machine

As an added note, they even challenged me further when we were making the card.  One of them suggested that we should have punched the circle from the woodgrain and then popped that background up with dimensionals on the stamped tree.  Some of the ladies hadn't punched their tree yet so they tried it.  Great variation to this card.  I love it!  What a fun group.  Thank you ladies!
