Birthday Cupcake

My sister Karen's birthday is next week.  It's one of those special decade birthdays (I'm not telling which one!)  I needed something cute to put her gift in so I decided to make a cupcake and matching box.  This is the same kind of project that I made for the stamping club for Christmas.  You can see the details of that in THIS POST.  There are links to tutorials on that post if you want to recreate this.
