Making do with what you have

What do you do when you see a card that you'd like to CASE but you don't have the right supplies?  I've been known to place an order for those supplies so I can make the card just as I saw it.  But I saw this great card that Andrea Walford posted on her blog on Thursday and I wanted to see how far I could go to make this card using the supplies on hand.  Click HERE to see her fabulous (I mean gorgeous!!) card.  I could only get to the first level on this card.  I don't have any of the new embellishments that she used to take it over the top.  But I'm still pleased with my card.  One of the things that I did since I don't have the DSP that she used was to make my own with a stamp set I have and colored it with markers to get the correct color of flowers.
