Cards from Canal Street

Once again we had a great day of stamping yesterday at Canal Street.  It's an exhausting day for Carrie and I but so worth it.  What a fun day!

Here are Carrie's cards.  The first one was inspired by a Mojo Monday sketch.

Carrie's second card was inspired by two fellow Stampin' Up! demos.  She CASE'd the card from Kay Kalthoff but changed the colors and got the idea for the hanging pinata from Patty Bennett.

And here are my two cards.  The first features the Triple Treat Flower stamp.  I mentioned earlier that this was a popular SAB choice so I thought it would be fun to use in class.  My friend Aris had sent me a picture of a card she'd made that used blue and yellow and it reminded me how much I love that color combo.  I thought those colors were perfect for this stamp.  I used Marina Mist and Daffodil Delight.  I also used the Stripes embossing folder, another free choice during SAB.

My second card features four different products available as a free choice for SAB...the sentiment from Elementary Elegance, the Everyday Enchantment DSP, the Designer Frames embossing folders, and the Kindness Matters stamp set (inside card).
