Life After Convention

Wow, after convention is over you are just filled with so many ideas and excited to get working on all of them.  But that wasn't possible for me.  I flew from convention to Cincinnati and Gary picked me up there and we drove to Fort Wayne.  I've spent the last 9 days packing, cleaning, unpacking, painting, organizing, etc. etc. etc.  My son Kevin transferred from Fort Wayne to Columbus, OH so we have been helping him move and get settled in.  He had very little time off between jobs (one day) so most of the work has fallen on Gary and me.  But I'm loving it.  He's rented a condo in Columbus and it's been fun getting him all set up.  He's working 14 hour days so I know he appreciates the work we've done.  We took a day off yesterday and explored Columbus a little.  We'll head back to Indiana tomorrow to spend some time with my family and then return to The Villages Friday night.

I've been spending some of my time planning for future stamping events.  Of course I have my clubs and Canal Street classes to think of but I've also planned several holiday related classes that I will be offering this fall.  I'll be posting the details of these classes soon.  There are a variety of classes from Halloween to Thanksgiving to Christmas.  Some cards, some treats, and some holiday decorations.

Carrie and I are also busy planning our beginners class that will start on August 16.  We already have several women signed up for that series of three classes.

So it'll be a busy fall for me but a fun one!  Hope to see all of you at one of my events.
