I'm already designing and prepping the cards for the next Canal Street class and realized that I never posted the pictures from the last class!
I'm often asked where I get my ideas for the cards that we make in class. I'd love to tell you that I sit at my stamp table and these wonderful creations just come pouring out of my head. But the truth is that I rely on the talents of fellow Stampin' Up! demonstrators most of the time. We have a demo only website with a showcase of fabulous cards. We participate in card swaps with other demos. And we use the publications from Stampin' Up! with the talent of their creative team. The cards from our last class are a great example of this.
Carrie's two cards were CASE'd (Copy And Share Everything) from cards received in a wonderful swap that we participated in at convention.
The first of my cards was taken from the Holiday Catalog with very minor changes.
The second card was CASE'd from Mary Fish, a demo whose work I greatly admire. If you don't already subscribe to her blog you should. Click HERE.
