Isn't this so cute? I saw it last Monday morning on Diana Gibbs' blog, Stamping with Di. It's made with natural coffee filters and a Tootsie Roll Pop. Within 15 minutes of seeing this I was on my way to Publix to purchase the items to make it.
The tag uses the stamp set Bootful Occasions. I love this set. Such cute boots to use for all kinds of cards.
