Bright & Cheery

I'm still trying to ignore the snow and ice in Indiana and think cheery thoughts of spring.  This card uses some of the FREE product that I received during Stampin' Up!'s Sale-A-Bration promotion.  I used the Ice Cream Parlor ribbon and buttons.  These were free with a $50 purchase.
