Crimped Eyelet Flower

I guess I really am obsessed with 3-D flowers lately. Today I made the Crimped Eyelet Flower. It uses the crimper tool. I've had this tool from the very beginning when I started stamping. It's been laying in one of my drawers for ages. Then just yesterday I showed you my card using this tool to make a cool background. And now today I used it to make the flower for my card. What fun to get out something old and use it in a new way.

Supplies (all Stampin' Up!)
Stamp Set: Forever Flowers Wheel
Card Stock: Very Vanilla, Soft Suede
Ink: Soft Suede
Accessories: Very Vanilla 5/8" Satin Ribbon, Stampin' Dimensionals, Sticky Strip, Half Pearl from Pretties Kit
Tools: Big Shot Die-Cut Machine, Top Note Bigz Die, Eyelet Border Punch, 1/2" Circle Punch, 3/4" Circle Punch, 1-3/8" Circle Punch, Stamping Sponge

I found the directions for this flower on Patty Bennet's blog. You can view the video HERE. I rolled the Forever Flowers wheel over my card stock before crimping. I didn't have any Sticky Pages on hand so I punched a 1-3/8" circle from cardstock and applied Sticky Strip to it. I didn't add a sentiment to this card but I think a little tag hanging from the ribbon would look cute.
