My House of Haunts

Dawn Griffith had a fabulous Halloween card on her blog back on August 10.  Today she posted a video on how to make the watercolor background that she used.  Since my own House of Haunts stamp set was just delivered here on Wednesday I knew this was the first card I would make using this great set.  This isn't the first year for this stamp set in the catalog, but I just had never bought it and finally decided it was time.

My card uses a couple of things from the Holiday Mini Catalog that will be available on September 1--the Raven Lace Trim and the Spider Web Embossing Folder.  After I embossed the Elegant Eggplant card stock I used a brayer to roll on Basic Black ink.
