Shadow Stamping

Every month, as a Stampin' Up! demonstrator, I receive a magazine full of stamping and business ideas. This month one of the techniques featured was Shadow Stamping. I decided to try it using the Upsy Daisy stamp set. First you stamp the image with a lighter color of ink (I used Peach Parfait). Then using the stamp-a-ma-jig to help you line up the image, you stamp with a darker color (Cajun Craze) just a bit off the first image. It creates this great shadow effect.

For the background I used the same idea from Carolyn's workshop card from last week. I embossed Peach Parfait card stock with the Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder. Then I brayered Cajun Craze ink over the top.
