I've been gone from my blog for a couple of days. My best excuse is that I bought a new toy that has taken up all my free time.
It's a terrible picture but hopefully you can see what it is...my new iPad. I'm really loving it but the learning curve has been steep for me. So I've been playing with this rather than stamping.
I didn't get it out this morning when I got up so I would sit down and make a card for all of you. I've had a piece of Concord Crush DSP sitting on my stamping desk for a few days that just begged to be used on a card. So that was the basis for my card. Funny thing though...as the card progressed that piece of DSP just wasn't going to work and I pulled out a different pattern but the same color.
Supplies (all Stampin' Up! unless noted)
Stamp Set: Sweet Summer (SAB selection)
Card Stock: Concord Crush, Pear Pizzazz, Whisper White
Designer Series Paper: In-Color Patterns Pack (Level 1 Hostess selection)
Ink: Pear Pizzazz
Accessories: Pear Pizzazz 1/2" Seam Binding Ribbon, Stampin' Dimensionals, Pearls (non-SU)
Tools: 1-3/4" Circle Punch, Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack, Paper Piercer, Mat Pack
I used the bottom edge of the paper piercer to squish the little flowers into the foam part of the Mat Pack to give them some dimension.
