My Orlando Swap Card

Thursday, March 10, 2011  at 4:14 AM
Just two weeks from tonight I will be flying to Florida to attend the Stampin' Up! Orlando Regional Seminar.  I'm so excited to meet up with my friends and fellow stampers in The Villages on Friday and then spend all day Saturday with a few hundred other crazy stampers!  Right now I'm buried in card stock, stamps, ink, and ribbons making 50 cards to swap with other demos at the Regional Seminar.  When I went to the Stampin' Up! Convention last summer I made 100+ swap cards but since this is a smaller event I'm limiting myself to just 50.  That's probably a good thing because I don't really have a lot of time to get these done due to my work schedule.  I also made four different cards for convention but I'm only making one for regional.  Here's the card I'm diligently working on.

Supplies (all Stampin' Up!)
Stamp Sets:  Friends Never Fade, All Holidays
Card Stock:  Not Quite Navy, River Rock, Old Olive, Cherry Cobbler, Very Vanilla
Ink:  Not Quite Navy and Old Olive Stampin' Markers, Cherry Cobbler Classic Ink
Accessories:  Old Olive 1/8" Grosgrain Ribbon, Stampin' Dimensionals, Mini Glue Dots
Tools:  Scallop Trim Border Punch, Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder, Big Shot Die-Cutting Machine

I like this card- it is true to your style but not so complicated and expensive that you can't make 50 and swap them. I really like the colors you selected.
Can't wait to see some pics of your favorite received swap cards posted!
You ate going to have a great time!

Have you ever thought about including a little bit
more than just your articles? I mean, what you say is important
and all. But think about if you added some great graphics
or video clips to give your posts more, "pop"!
Your content is excellent but with pics and videos, this site could certainly be one of the
greatest in its niche. Terrific blog!

Нeу there, I'm a new blogger coming from Hampton North, Australia who found you on http://villagestamper.blogspot.com/. Would you have any ideas for those looking into blogging? I'm
working on beginnіng my οwn ωebsite
sоon but I don't really know where to start. Could you suggest beginning with a free platform like Dotclear or go for a paid option? There are so many options out there that I'm totally oveгwhelmed.
.. What would you say?
