You know I love flowers...

If you've followed my blog for long you know that my style usually includes flowers of some kind.  Today's card features a 3-D flower made from the Scallop Circle Punch.

Accessories:  Pear Pizzaz 1/2" Seam Binding Ribbon, Circle Ice Rhinestone Brad
Tools:  Scallop Circle Punch, Paper Piercer, Mat Pack
