I added something new to my stamp room on Saturday. The Villages Art League had a show and sale at Sea Breeze Rec Center and my friend Nancy was participating. I've seen a lot of her art before and have actually purchased a palm tree print from her that hangs in my living room. Maybe I overlooked this piece before or maybe I just wasn't thinking purple but when I saw this collage she had I fell in love with it.
Since I spend many, many hours at my desk I knew I wanted to have this to look at. So I hung it just above my desk next to my monitors so I could enjoy it every day.
These pictures hardly do it justice so if you're in The Villages stop by sometime to enjoy this fabulous work of art in person. Thank you, Nancy, for making my "desk time" more cheerful.
