Cards from Canal Street

Monday, October 31, 2011  at 6:02 AM
Classes at Canal Street Rec Center are going great.  We've had great participation with our attendance almost at capacity even with two classes.  Thank you stampers!

Here are Carrie's two cards from last Thursday.

And here are my two cards.

There are so many versions of punch art Santas around.  I found one from Dawn Olchefske's blog from 2008 and it's still as cute as ever.  Check out her post HERE with this cute little guy.  What fun we had making these little Santas in our class.  I demonstrated this guy eight times throughout the day.  I think I could now make him in my sleep!

My second card has a punched poinsettia on the front.  It's made by punching the 5-Petal Flower Punch once in Real Red card stock and again in Red Glimmer Paper.  Put them together with a Glue Dot and add three of the large Basic Pearl Jewels to the center.  The scallop circle around the poinsettia is from the Perfect Pennants Bigz L Die.

The next class at Canal Street is Thursday, November 10 at both 9:00AM and 1:00PM.  If you want to come contact me soon to reserve your spot.  Hope to see you there!
